Major Flaw in Win7 181.71

I found a major flaw which will affect alot of streaming video users.

Cloning of S-Video to TV is disabled.
I can stream my I-tunes/Amazon Unbox videos to my big screen tv using vista 64 182.08, but I sure can't do it with 181.71 win7 64-Bit.

Is there any real problem I will encounter using 182.08 on win7 64-bit?

185.20 is less buggy in windows 7 for me. Works flawlessley so far. Tried 181.71 and noticed quiet a few bugs
