Guys i just bought this LG 37LG5000 37" 1080p (FullHD) LCD TV (http://www.ebuyer.com/product/144311),

Im just wondering if anybody has any recommendations or links to give me advice on setting this tv up for optimal viewing & PS3 gaming quality.

Not sure what info you are needing but I would recommend getting yourself a good quality receiver with multiple HDMI in and at least 1 HDMI out so you can setup everything correctly.

I use my Onkyo receiver to channel all my devices (1 HTPC, 1 Cable Box/HD, 1 PS3, 1 Xbox) to 1 HDMI port on my tv and don't use my TV for anything put direct output of the display. No audio or anything else controlled through it.

With regards to color callibration and audio, there are a lot of applications online that will help you do this via software.
