Transferring links from IE7 to FF3

Alright, is there any easy way to transfer all my links over to FF3? IE7 has been crashing way too much lately, plus it runs a bit slower than FF, therefore I've finally decided to switch. Problem is, I've got over 100 links I would appreciate not having to manually transfer over to FF. All help is appreciated.

In Firefox, go to Bookmarks.

Organize Bookmarks

Import and Backup

Import HTML

Then click "Microsoft Internet Explorer"
