$9.99 for Assassins Creed sounds good to me. I actually never picked this one up.

It's tempting to buy AC for $10. I played through the PS3 version and though it is rather repetitive it was kind of fun.

I know Assassin's Creed says it requires a dual core CPU, but what happens when you try to run it on a single core? Does the game just refuse to run?

I might get CAWX if it's a good sale.

Probably longer load times and really low FPS is my guess.;)

What? So cheap? We europeans have to pay 15!!! euro for this. 10 USD is like 8 euro today, no way i'm gonna pay double the price, just is just CRAP Steam, just CRAP!

bought ;)

I wanted to buy it but I calculated a bit and found out we have to pay twice the price for being european. Well that's just too much for me.

The complaining about euro pricing on Steam is really annoying at this point. Not as much here I guess, but on the Steam forums I have to read a complaint about it ever 2 or 3 posts.

Games have always cost more in Europe... chill out.

Yes I can image it is annoying and I don't mind a difference in a 50 euro game with like 45 and 50 but 7,50 and 15 is just way too much.

Definitely get it. I bought mine for $50, retail version non-directors cut, and its an awesome game. Graphics look sweet and the game play does not feel like a port. Im tempted to buy it again just so I don't have to use the disc. :P

Hmm.

Never played Ass. Creed. For $10 though, that's tough to pass up.

The game was worth the $60 I paid for it on console, and the $50 I paid for it on PC, and is most certainly worth the $10 you can get it for today.

That said, it is a love it or hate it game, and many people don't like it.

Ended up buying it (dam you steam ;)). It was well worth $10. The graphics seem better than the PS3 that I can remember, and there is no slow down every time I get the sync from on top of the tower. After playing it for an hour I like it didn't feel boring or repetitive I know it felt like that later in the game, but I assume if I don't try and play more than one mission per session it won't be.

Great game in my opinion.

It can get repetitive but if you try out the different combat moves, it's actually pretty fun.

The story isn't bad either.

I borrowed the 360 version of this from a friend and I couldn't really get into it for some reason, but at this price I couldn't resist. lol

Hopefully I'll like it a little more on my pc.

i'm hoping for world in conflict completed set. prince of persia would be nice. i'm betting one of sales will be far cry 2 (eww). i bought assassin's creed on pc since it's so cheap. i tried it on 360 but had to sell it because it has no subtitle. so... don't ask me why i bought it on pc... :o

"Ass Creed"? Is that some kind of sick party game you play with a $10 male hooker?
