PS3 or TV...Console World or Home Theater??

Ok, so I hooked up my PS3 to my 32" Panasonic Viera TV via HDMI and for some reason, my TV isn't detecting my PS3. It works flawlessly on my Westinghouse 42", but for some reason, it's not on my 32". Shouldn't my PS3 automatically adjust the settings with a new TV? It doesn't even detect the PS3 if I use the regular RCA cables. I've tried different HDMI cables as well. I hooked up other devices via HDMI to the TV, I used different HDMI ports and no luck with the PS3. What could be the problem? Any advice will help.

Is your TV Working with other HDMI Devices? Also try reseting your PS3...

My TV is working with other devices. I don't know what you mean by resetting. Do you mean by flipping the switch in the back?

Turn on TV and set input to port being used. Make sure PS3 is connected via correct cable, then turn on PS3 via power button and hold for 5 seconds (release after the second beep). It should automatically configure your PS3 to the TV's native resolution for all settings.

It's in the manual. :) I'm guessing your old TV was 1080p and the 32" isn't. I've had to do that several times when taking my ps3 somewhere else.
