View Full Version : My Logitech G15 keyboard just went bad

It started freezeing and would'nt boot into windows or if it did make it to windows as soon as I touch a key it would just freeze.I got one of my old keyboards out and it is working fine now.First time I had a Keyboard do that.How is the new G15 keyboard it looks smaller .Plus I like that it does not have that flap down on the LCD.

There is a newer model of the keyboard which has a higher resolution LCD and looks pretty nifty (expensive too).

The newer g-15 is pretty neat also.

Regarding the old one, jiggling the usb connector may fix it I think.

try calling logitech, you might get lucky and they might replace it

the paint started to come off my old G15. apparently this is a common problem. replaced it with a Razer Lycosa Mirror which is much better IMO.

I called Logitech and they shipped me a new G-15 which had the paint problem resolved. I now have 2 G-15's :D

I haven't tried that Razer kb, might play around with it at Fry's if it's on the shelf.

i don't like the razer, it has this mirror finish, it looks dirty all the time

I had a tarantula for about a year of heavy gaming and its now worn out. Space bar and several other keys won't register half of the time. WASD cluster still works good thou.

I bought a logitech illuminated (http://www.engadget.com/2008/09/02/logitechs-illuminated-keyboard-for-one-handed-night-typing/)keyboard to use daily and a G13 to game with.

I didn't like the G13 when I first started using it, but now I can't imagine playing without it.

just ordered myself a G13, i wanted an LCD display as i sold my crappy pretelian display which BSOD'd vista and win 7 64bit
