Well, it sounds like you don't have A/C either and/or your case might not be the most efficient at cooling. If you have the money, I'd invest in a case with a good cooling solution and I'd like for cases with very large fans. Cases with larger fans are better because the bigger the fan, the more air that is moved and they are bigger fans are quieter than the smaller ones.

I've got 5 80mm case fans and it cools pretty well, that said I'm also around A/C in the summer so I can't say for sure how well the fans cool in the heat but I know it takes the heat out pretty well.

i have a 250mm fan on the side of the case and also a duorb for heat sink for my CPU its a very low profile wich allowa me to keep that 250mm fan on the side if i would gotten adiff. one it probably would not fit.

As good as a massive 250mm is, you need at least one more at the back too. I think the most efficient cooling solutions are ones that have one or more fans in the front to pull air in, so it can blow over the components and then one in the back to then suck the heated air out the case. The only downside is that you get more dust, but that's not a biggie. I bought an air compressor and that's the best investment that I've bought for maintaning the computer's guts.

Another option you could do is watercooling. Personally, I'm scared to death to do try that in fear that I'll do something wrong or a hose will break and just poof....bye bye computer....that said I think some of them use non-conductive liquids now, so even if it did burst or leak, it would harm anything.

The cold winters there help with the cooling I'm sure. I wish we had winters, but we don't in SoCal.

the CPU cooler takes up the space in the back for the fan but i will try to put it in the front of the case .....witch you think its better blowing in or having it blow out . ??????

If you were going to have only one fan, I'd definitely say the back, but you really need two fans. You need one in the front to pull the cooler air into the case and blow over your components and then an exhaust fan to then suck the hot air out of the case.

Even if you had to get an 80mm in the front, that would be fine. If you have two different sized fans, I would have the larger one in the back and the smaller one in the front. I think you'll see your temps drop by around 5 degrees or more with two fans.
