Support for X.Org Server 1.6?

I noticed xorg-server 1.6 in Ports (http://www.freshports.org/x11-servers/xorg-server) and didn't want to end up without a working driver for a few days like what happened with 1.5. Does 180.44 support xorg-server 1.6?

I just did the upgrade and tried 180.44 and 185.13. None of them works with XServer 1.6 on my machine (FreeBSD 8.0-CURRENT, NVidia 9500GT).

Oh yes, I should have mentioned my system. It's 7.1-p3 with an 8600GT.

Barring unrelated problems, I'd expect both of the above releases to work with X.Org server 1.6.

Here are the logfiles from my box. The same configuration worked with an about 2 weeks older -CURRENT and the older X-server. The NVidia logo gets displayed, but then the box hangs completely.

Never mind... I rebuilt all X-Ports and am now running 180.44 with xorg-server 1.6.0 without problems. Sorry for the noise...

I updated and everything is working perfectly with 180.44.
