Win 98ME

A friend is buying the Abit nforce 2. In the bios should I have APIC enabled for Win 98ME, or Off, I know I have it enabled on mine for XP Though:)

I don't think Win9x supports APIC, so it's best to leave it disabled.

For 98 Second Edition you'll want to leave APIC enabled- if you're installing 98 First Edition you'll want to disable it although I would strongly suggest NOT installing 98 First Edition as you will have to struggle terribly to find drivers that support late-model hardware...none of the NForce chipset drivers is compatible with 98FE (.vxd) they are only available in .WDM (98SE, and WinME)...
