Any other ways to cool GTX275 and case without having to crank the fan all the way up

just wanted any ideas on how to keep my case and video card cool, i am using EVGA precision tool to monitor my temp at idel is at 46c and at loads it get all the way to 87c. any help or ideas would help ohhh i set the fan to 55% will countinue to experiment but really would like to keep the fan down......

Try a proper cable management inside your case, clean it, create a proper airflow, ... turn on the air cooling of your home :)
