Just got this installed and sat down for a good battle, but came across a very annoying bug. When playing in DX10 (ultra) mode, I get this weird lag in animations and movement on the screen. The framerate is around 40-70 @2560x1600 no AA no AF. If I select DX9 mode, its as smooth as butter. Its only the DX10 mode that causes this. I was wondering if this was in Opposing Fronts also as I only had a DX9.0 card when that came out so I never tested dx10 and sure enough, when in DX10 mode, I get this stuttering like in explosions and jeeps moving, or even troops running around. Like a framerate skip. Any ideas???

I don't know if DX10 has ever run too well in that game.

Yeah, im beginning to think not. It seems pretty much everyone has problems with the DX10 mode. Thing is that I'm surprised that with Tales of Valor out now, that the problem is still there. Why market a game with a broken rendering path?

I worked with their tech support, and they told me neither Opposing Fronts nor Tales of Valor were tested with the Nvidia GTX 200 series. I also came across some non-U.S. framerate test of the game, and noticed how the minimum framerates were lower for all of the gtx 200 series cards compared to previous 8000 nvidia cards or the current ATI cards.

I get the skipping too when I pan the FOV in Opposing Fronts.
