Does anyone else have Fallout 3 problems with these? I'm not sure if it's the drivers or the new 1.5 patch for the game.

I get crashes at times, but more important I get a lot of flickering textures, sometimes textures that should even be there.

Hello, I put the 185.81 win7 64 drivers on a clean install and I was wondering if anyone has the problem of the graphics card not downclocking after returning to desktop from a game? At boot up it's fine and running at just 300mhz and clocks up in game to 648mhz but after leaving a game and going back to desktop it just stays at 648mhz. Not sure if it's anything I can change or not.

ends up my FO3 problems are all patch 1.5 related.
