Think different in DirectX 11
We don't know many details, but we've heard that GT300 is a codename that Nvidia uses for its next generation. The GT300 is a new architecture, 40nm, and it supports DirectX 11. These are the only few facts that we can take for quite realistic at this point.
We’ve also heard that GT300 is a brand new architecture, and that it might be completely different compared to GT200. We suspect that the GT300 will be unique, but still just a muscled up and tweaked version of GT200. We don’t know this for a fact, and we are just thinking out loud.
The Q4 2009 launch date is quite realistic, and this card will be on time to welcome Windows 7 and ATI’s R800 high end two chip solution. The winter will definitely bring some thrills in the graphics world.
INQ just spreading FUD like usual
