The story of Twin Sector takes place in a post-apocalyptic future where the remains of mankind have been put to artificial sleep in cryogenic chambers deep under the contaminated surface of earth – until the planet becomes habitable again. You as the player must take the role of Ashley Simms, the protagonist of Twin Sector. Suddenly awakened by the stations security A.I. system O.S.C.A.R., you face the imminent ex-tinction of all other still sleeping survivors due to an unknown failure in the life sup-port system. According to O.S.C.A.R., you are the only person who was able to be woken and therefore the only individual capable of saving mankind. Within the next ten hours you will need to repair the broken main generator of the subterranean bunker system in order to reestablish the station’s functionality. Um the screenshots don't say anything about the game... Seriously... whoever choose where to take a screenshot in the game should be fired...

Just like those $330k Air Force 1 photos that lost that guy his job. Same **** with whoever took these screenshots. Only difference is one person is wasteful and stupid, and the other person is just stupid.

Why would they say they target primarily "male core gamers" in their press release?

I wasn't at all concerned about this game being girly before or after reading that. :p

This game impressed me more than I thought it would. Reminds me a lot of Portal with a hot chick in it, which is a good thing. Great pick up and play for 1/2hr type game. I be buying this game, how soon depends on the price. Like Portal, does not seem worth more than $15 or so.

Well I bought it any way. Glad I did, it's good Portal puzzle like fun. The power glove concept is darn good.

Wow this game got destroyed by "professional" review sites, metacritic is 49. Is it really that bad?

I played the demo. After loading the first level it seemed like I was stuck in the floor. I couldn't move at all. I reloaded and it did the same thing, so I just gave up on it.

I certainly don't see it as a 5/10. It's a platformer/puzzle game. Not very difficult, only had to stop and think a few times so far. Some level designs are maze like and one needs a memory to remember where what switch is or where that hall goes. More than one way to solve things is nice too.

Getting difficult now with turrets, adds a bit of stealth and FPS aspect to the game trying to avoid or destroy them respectively.

Areas are samey looking but no more so than Portal was. I'm on level 8 and enjoying it as much as Portal.
