It would scroll so fast that as soon as your cursor touched the edge of the screen it would be on the other side of the map.

So I did a little looking around and found a program called turbo.

It allows you to set how fast you want the computer to be able to run at.

I turned the computer down to 25% then everything was manageable again.

Unfortunately by that time most of the ore on the map was gone, so I really couldn't do much. We won the round but it was a pretty slow one since there wasn't enough resources on the map.

Everyone just had to chill on the map for a while waiting for the ore to come back.

But now that it worked once hopefully I'll be able to make it work again. I've never had great luck with that game, and every time you add another pc into the mix it becomes that much harder to get the game to work.

What will happen is the clients can see the host, but not all of the clients can see each other.

So when the round starts the game pauses until someone gets dropped.

That definitely sucks as it takes a lot of luck to get them all to just join the game.

I think I'll have to try regular CnC next and see if that fares any better.
