advanced searching tools for windows?

Hey there, am looking for some more advanced search tools to use in windows, am really not satisfied with the current one on Vista and Win7, i'd like to be able to choose what kind of specific file to search for etc, like if i wanna search for a .txt file with a certain name in the filename... Or is there another way?

Just checking in if there's stuff like this... suggestions are appreciated!
