Artifact scanner for Vista/W7 64? (ATI Tool no go) [Archive]

Seems ATI tool has become part of the past. Anything available for Vista/W7?

Vista 64 here , Ati tool works without a problem and so does Artifact scan. ATItool 0.27.

That one seems to work. I tried another that was supposed to be Vista 64 and it wouldn't run, so thanks!
