I'd guess that Australia competes in the Asia Pacific market.

They need new hardware for the competition though. It would be even cooler if they did one right after ATI and Nvidia released new stuff.

Australia and Africa are not included. They have all countries that qualify in each region colored in yellow. Also, everyone seems to be lumped into one class. Wish they would break it down somehow. Might as well just take the highest score in their data base then. The way I read it is that if a component is commercially available then its a go. Only a few can afford all the top of the line highend components.

When I put in 3DMARK06 the highest score I see is 36007 and that is with a Phemon II x4 940 clocked at 6073gigs running 4870x2 crossfire. The highest i7 with GTX 285 is 29,458 and with a i7 and quad 295 is 34,529 and is just clocked at 4381.I thought they would have a i7 overclocked higher then that, if they had it running on dry ice..I can't believe that a AMD CPU and AMD video cards may win that contest.
