Need free midi software for USB keyboard (music keyboard)

I've got an e-keys 37 entry level usb keyboard thing but no sw and would like to test it out.

Goto a big bookstore and to their magazine isle. Find the UK magazine "Computer Music". It should comes with a DVD packed full of free and trial stuff to get you started right away. Its worth the $15 bux.

While you are there, you might want to thumb through some books for a bit, to get the basics down. Yes believe it or not print media is still useful. lol
