I voted just another fps before looking at the ss, I had seen some, but not those ones, after looking at those ones, I would say between nice and wow ;) Im looking forward to STALKER more than this :)

The preview sounded like it was wrote directly from a press release, there really ain't enough info yet to make a call either way. :(

i got a magazine and it had a video preview and some technical overview of the engine. Pretty impressive, especially the editing part. Probably an exclusive for the magazine, video will appear on the net soon im sure.

STALKER also looks pretty good, so does Breed. Looking forward to playing them with the new card I'm going to buy

definitely is game im really looking forward..
D3,Halflife2 ,STalker and FArcry .. will deliver enough FUN for 2003. :)
i saw the video of the game ,and it have many must have features ..
the Physics engine is excelent ,REAl time shadows (at indoors ) it use techniques similar to doom3 high polygons character bumpmaps projected on lower poly models ,many pixel shader effects used in smoke,fire ,and i think water too. drivable vehicles and finally but no least a real time editor ,where you can change the shape of levels ,like mountains,grass,trees and the location of enemies and many other things -On the fly - inside the game. :)
a feature that will be very well apreciated for the MOD community.

the game looks like DElta force type of game but with graphics close to STALker . levels are HUge , with Big forest and open areas to play.

Yeah the screenshots do look pretty good..

But then again, so did the shots for a lot of other recent FPS including Unreal 2, Devastation, New World Order, Breed, and Chaser; but the demos of all those games were poor and showed they were all about pretty graphics instead of good gameplay.

Hopefully Far Cry will be different, have to wait for a demo to find out :)
