Any significant difference in between DVI and HDMI specifically for EVGA GTX 280?
I got Vizio 32" Full HD 1080P.
I tried simple search by keyword "HDMI" in GTX 200 Series forum, and don't find anything unless I didn't look in deeper...
No difference unless you plan to pass the audio over HDMI.

Not ultra sharp, but it looks REAL REAL good. =) No problem during game play as well.

I've been running my computer on my LG 42" LCD @ 1080p, looks as sharp as a monitor.

There's no interference with a digital connection. You also get a sharper display since the pixels are mapped 100% accuratly to the panel. No need for an auto adjust. Digital sound over HDMI is much cleaner than what you would get from the analog PC sound input. I have two GTX 280s in SLI and have my X-Fi connected to the primary GTX 280 for sound over HDMI. The main advantage with a digital video and sound connection is a cleaner signal.

My TV outputs a nasty crackle when the picture output isnt enabled over hdmi, Is that normal or because my TV doesn't know to switch off the sound (because its cheap).
