I've got a complaint. I got Charter Cable for TV, Internet, and telephone. Due to bad weather, our signal is so weak that only the TV works. The Internet is finally up for a few, but who knows for how long. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.

Last Friday, Charter was completely down in TN for the majority of the day. Hilarious IMO. Charter FTL (unless all other providers suck worse) . ;)

They've been having some serious problems around here lately, especially after those storms and tornados tore through the area. I think they finally got my problems straightened out, at least WRT the TV and the Internet. Haven't even tried the phone yet. The only other option would be DirectTV (or Dish Network) with AT&T DSL.
