Yeah, I saw that in the E3 videos... it looks pretty lame. One assumes it is optional though.

Spiderman is a baby!

Watching the video I can see it's definately optional... it's an ability you have when in shadow and hidden, but you can still free-fire. The thing that worries me is the game will be balanced, difficulty and time-wise, with the "win button" in mind.

Something else the video reminds me of that I don't like is the cluttered immersion-breaking effects. The mission goals and such are written on buildings and such, and now we see your "last seen location" as a ghost... all thay kind of stuff just tells me I'm playing a video game, when what I really want is to feel immersed and like I am not in a game. Hopefully those effects are optional as well.

All in all this game screams "simplified for the mass market," which is something pretty common now-a-days.

So this will be another console port like the last one ??

This has nothing to do with consoles, people. Early console games were hard as balls. This has to do with mainstreaming video games... same thing happened with movies and music as they gained larger audiences and became more expesive to produce.

Yeah. I don't think this has anything to do with the games being "CONSOLIZED!@#!". It has to do with Ubisoft being dumb. I don't know how you could have watched the E3 footage and NOT think it was autoaim at certain parts.

This game just made my must buy list... :) I don't agree with the consolised opinion. Autoaim or not, if the game is fun, WHO CARES?

Nice tautology in the thread title.

Yep and Natal will check if the player is already sleeping or not and can shut down the system.

sounds like the first useful feature of that device.
