Attach Files Not Working

I can't get the Attach Files to work. I get the screen to Browse for files and I can select the files, but when after I click Upload, the little windows goes blank. I can right-click and select Resend, but it just goes white, again.

Anyone else able or not able to Attach Files?

Slippe are you using some exotic browser? works fine with IE8.
