I heard an interview on Fox Sports Radio with the CBS guy. He said he was just casually talking to a young reporter the day after it happened. The guy said "Did you see Lebron get dunked on?!?". He said he wasn't there (he showed up on the second day). He asked the young reporter (for a college newspaper or news station I think) if he got pictures or video. The guy said "I was filming the whole time. After the pickup game ended, Lebron called someone from Nike over. I didn't hear what was said, but right after, the guy from Nike came over and said he had to take my tape. He took other's as well."

Please note, the above is all paraphrasing, but I'm sure you can find the interview on www.am570radio.com .

Nike has now come out and said there has "always" been a rule that no taping of pick up games is allowed. No one in the media I have heard from has EVER heard that when attending the camp.

This whole thing would have blown up for like a day or 2 had the video been put on youtube, and would have likely garnered more attention for the college player that dunked rather than Lebron. It was a bad move on James & Nike's part IMO...

That kid's still in school

And the fact that the tape was taken away kind of makes it funny :rofl

Btw, for what it's worth, Nash has probably been posterized more than any other NBA player in the past 5 years :rofl

Nash has won more MVP awards than you've been laid.

Lebron's PR is atrocious. After that infamous walkout, I'm not surprised a thing like this has surfaced. Dude just needs to lay back and not think about his image too much. It's okay to be beaten, hell everybody loses. You don't become a winner if you first don't lose. ****ing moron.

:D

Nash will always be an also-ran. He is a far better point-guard than anyone of us can be, no doubt. Doesn't change the fact that he doesn't deserve his MVP's or the fact that he can't defend anything :D

Those dunks demonstrate his no.1 defensive "skill" is throwing himself to the ground.

:rofl

He was the best player on a team that had the best record in the NBA for three years. Don't be a hater just cause he's white. And if you say Amare Stoudamire is better than he is I have no respect for you whatsoever.

Yes, it's true, he's not a good defensive player. So what. Where in the rule book does it say the MVP has to be a great defensive player. And the charges he takes have literally won them games. He may not drop 30 points per game, but he is a winner. He does what it takes to win. And he did it better than anyone else for the two years he won the MVP award.

Every single time the Suns met Kobe and the Lakers in the playoffs, they won.

Nash and Phoenix Suns at their prime were the best thing to watch in the NBA. Dude was just tireless. He literally could run around defenses and made Marion, Bell and Diaw good players. Marion especially, that dude can't even create his own shot. The Suns were 50+ wins without Amare, that's just insane.

Nash has always needed someone to carry him :)

Great players like Lebron and Kobe and Michael and Magic don't need players to CARRY them. Someone to share the load, fine. To CARRY them when the fade from the biggest scene? Nope. Nash on the other hand has always needed someone to help him, such as Dirk or Marion or Amare or Shaq. It is a quid-pro-quo thing :D

To his credit though, he didn't get Nike to confiscate anyone of his posterizations :rofl

You are an idiot. Kobe has publicly said in an interview that what you just said is horse****. Would the lakers have won without fisher's buzzer beater that one game? Would the lakers have won without Phil Jackson's coaching? Would the lakers have won without Gasol? Odom? etc etc.

There has never been a baksetball player good enough to carry a team by himself. No one. Not even jordan. Not wade and certainly not lebron. So why would you expect Nash to be any different?

You take Kobe off the Lakers and they probably wouldn't make the playoffs. You take Nash off the Suns when they were in their prime, and they wouldn't have made the playoffs either. This is evidenced by the fact that they had one of the worst records in the NBA the year before they acquired Nash (and yes, Amare was on the Suns that year). The facts just don't agree with you Sazar. It's because he's white, and you're a racist.
