I currently have my 28inch widescreen TV attached to my computer, and using the latest Detonator, my Ti4200 can playback full screen video to the TV, leaving my able to use my computer freely. (using CLONE mode)

I want to be able to play the WinAmp Full Screen Visuals, or any other full screen visuals on the TV, whilst being able to change the playlist etc on my LCD screen.

Help!

Perhaps by messing with Overlay settings, you can get the desired effect... perhaps. GL :)

if i span my desktop onto the TV, make the TV the primary display, it works... BUT it drops the res on my LCD from 1280x1024 to 800x600!

What are the alternatives? I just want some stunning visuals on my tv whilst I can use the computer as normal and browse my mp3s.

Perhaps you could look into TV Tool, the latest version fully supports nView and should solve these problems.

Registering TV Tool is dirt cheap btw. :)

I use Winamp purely for audio. ;)
Basically, I just turn my monitors off when I'm not using them (or they go into powersaving mode) and the TV, well, it's used for watching TV or movies. Really not much else. :)
