Cant be over £100

I would suggest one of these Zero point modules , they are able to supply a lot of power.

If there's anything about a computer you don't want to put a price limit on, it's a power supply.
My original PC Power & Cooling 750W silencer is now on it's 5th motherboard. I don't think it's model even been made in a year and a half.

I've heard great things about Corsair power supplies.
Though I don't think you can go wrong with Corsair, PCP&C, Silverstone or Seasonic.
My OCZ (made by FSP) has been flawless as well, but I don't think their reputation is in the same class as the others.

I have a corsair and love it, and I also have an enermax that I have had for many years. Both are great, but I have heard that enermax qc has gone down in the last few years.

I use Corsair and Seasonic. My HX620 has been a real trooper. (It's incidentally built on the exact same Seasonic platform as the Silencers).
I have heard that enermax qc has gone down in the last few years.
Well, there were some issues for a while with the Liberty units (maybe the Infinity too), where they had used a type of glue that somehow became conductive and made the PSU go "poof". They don't use that anymore, at least not in the new MODU/PRO82+ and Revolution series.
Tagan have always been good for my mates who have had them. CCL do a 780w for about £100..

I hear OCZ PSU's are OK too..

PC Power and Cooling = Top of the Line
Anything from them that satisfies your power requirements will be good.
XDanger, dude just get the PC Power and Cooling 750 and call it done.

My OCZ 1000w power supply has been great so far. I know it's overkill for my system and I wouldn't have paid what they wanted for it but I got it free so I can't complain. :)

I would have...But was forced to buy an Antec , I'm hoping that wasn't a terrible mistake.

You should be fine. I used Antec PSU's consistently a few years back and only had one fail. I've used PC P&C in the last 4 builds until last month. I put Corsair PSU's into my last two.

Well its not DOA but ffs why couldnt they add another inch on the 8 pin motherboard lead!!!
You'd think they would make it compatible with their own cases!!!
I suppose the p182 is no longer supported by Antec PSU's...

Look for one that has capacitors rated at 105 C. The standard in 85 C I believe.
One with a 5 year warranty will be good too. If the manufacturer has confidence in them it's likely they will last longer.

I bought the Earthwatts 750w ,It has only a 3 year warranty unlike their Truepower that has 5 (looking at the numbers it seems to be a VERY similar unit).
