Would it be possible to add like a big chat box in which people could chat with each other all the time, together?

I saw it in another forum, and I thought that it was pretty cool.

It would be cool if more people around here used IRC. Everytime that I've been in the NVNews IRC chatroom, nobody is there . . . :(

Well IRC requires a seperate program... if MikeC had a web based IRC Chat on the forum im sure more people who use it.

I always see you on there (every time I use it once every 8 months), usually as idle. Always. For years. And years.

It was fun talking with you and PeterJensen today. I'll make sure I get on the IRC chatroom again tomorrow.

I will vote for the web-based IRC chatroom too. VOTE!

I installed AJAX Chat, which is integrated with vBulletin. Best of all it is open source and free :)

Give it a try here - http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/chat/

I'll monitor system resources to ensure there are no adverse effects on server performance.

I checked and the site works.

Linkage to front page and perhaps a link on the top menu bar thinger?
