Three monitors but at what resolution for each, max? 2560 horizontal three times would seem impossible for games. So would one have to go to a none native resolution for a LCD display to use Eyefinity with maximum combine resolution of 2560x1600?

That is indeed a very interesting feature. Nothing new but nice to have it "built-in". I guess 3x 2560x1600 is a bit too much. Maybe ok for non-combat flying sims and Quad Crossfire setups but you might run out of VRAM with high levels of AA.

Racing sims are a different story, you need a fast and constant framerate. In this case 3 1080p screens are the way to go.

Remember that you don't need to use the same kind of screens(I'd use a widescreen monitor as the main display and then have two 20 inchers on the sides(4:3)). :)
