w00t... Falcons won again.
I really hope they finally have a second winning season in a row. Right now I think its been 45 seasons since they accomplished back to back winning seasons... which is like 20 more seasons than any team in any professional American team sport. :headexplode:
I thought they had winning seasons with Vick in at the QB spot?

They had one.
BTW, I'm not looking forward to tomorrow.
The big rivalry game between the undefeated Saints team that's kicking everyone's asses and an excellent yet inconsistent Falcons team. And its in the super dome. On monday night football. :\
Anything can happen in the NFL, but my brother and I already decided that if they're down by 21 at the half we're going to turn it off.

Argh...
That Falcons - New Orleans game almost killed me.
Such a great game, but a few mistakes by the Falcons cost them the win.
I'm really surprised that they played so well, it just sucks that they weren't able to pull through. One bad penalty call toward the end screwed them too.

They made it exciting with that onside recovery. Too bad Matt Ryan's hail-mary was a dud.

Yeah he was off most of the night and Mike Jenkins' inability to hold onto the ball definitely hurt them at some critical moments.
Still, if it wasn't for that really crappy call that gave the Saints a free 1st down (when they should have been punting) with like 3 minutes to go, I think it would have ended differently.
That's one of those games that's going to be bothering me for a while I think. It was just such a good game. I think if any team was on their way to beating the Saints this season, it was the Falcons tonight with all the odds stacked against them. It didn't take much to end the game for them though.

Wow, I did not see Manning pulling that game out last night. The colts looked like their old self.

Grey,
I love you like a brother, but I have to say...I HATE THE PATRIOTS!!!! Anytime they lose, I get a little giddy. I love to see that smirk knocked off of Tom Brady's face! And I hope Belichick grow warts over both his eyes!!!
There. I feel better now.
Oh, and one more thing: THE PATRIOTS LOST!!!!!!

Too many dancing Nabanas My Brother... LOL!
I feel bad for Belichek, even though I hate his guts. But I am glad that the Colts won :D
I am glad to see Vince Young doing what I expected him to do. No offense to Kerry, but you are not a WINNING quarterback, you are a CONTAINING quarterback.
Sonofa...the Packers defense finally starts playing well and they lose both Kampman and Harris for the season. Kampman certainly wasn't having his best season thanks to the move to linebacker, but he's still a very solid veteran on a young team, and Harris has been one of the cornerstones of the defense for years.
Of course, I thought they might fall apart after the loss to Tampa, so maybe they'll be able to bounce back from this too. Definitely hurts their playoff chances though.
Kudo's to the Titans for salvaging a rubbish season. First team in history to lose 6 in a row and then win 3 in a row (now 4 in a row). The playoffs are probably out of the picture, but at least a glimmer of hope.
And.
HOOK EM VINCE :wonder:
And Chris Johnson, oh my goodness, him and Adrian Peterson are FREAKS (of the industry :bleh: )

Yea...good game last night. I didn't get a chance to finish watching it, but CJ is one of the best runningbacks out there. That guy can move!

You're not kidding.
He had one move where he went laterally faster than I have ever run straight forward
Him and Adrian Peterson, in today's game, are FREAKS.
CJ looked winded at the end but he still knocked people over and threw blocks for Vince.
Next week brother, Pats v/s Saints. THAT should be a monster game.

Wow Redskins in the holiday mood right now because they gift wraped that win for the Saints.....leaving wide open recivers, turnovers, poor defense all at the last few minutes of the game.....feel bad for the redskins fans right now- they had a chance to take down the current best team in the NFL
.....sorry rob lol :)

Yah, the Redskins let that game get away. Should have won but, have to say, the Saints, when given an opportunity, took it and won .
Arizona has just dominated the Vikings tonight.
Barring a miracle, this game is over and it proves that the Vikings will only go as far as Peterson carries them. He's had like 20 yds rushing tonight and Favre did what he has done for years, tossed picks at costly times. Odd since he had such a clean season to this point.
He only threw 2 official picks but he could (and should) have easily have been intercepted at least 3 other times.

Love my Redbirds!!
Was extremely gratifying to have the Cards kick Favre's ass tonight, especially since I had to listen to Collinsworth take Madden's spot as
official Favre nutlicker.

The Cards D was the best that I've seen in a long time. I have never seen the Vikes look so disoriented like that....

Also, I am happy that Miami beat the Pats last night. It was nice to see them go down like that. It was a treat seeing the Steelers lose too.
