The way the card works is like this. A Quadro4 NVS400 board is a card containing in fact two seperate videocards. To use all four heads you need to enable TwinView on each card. Don't have an example, but look at it. You also need to use the busids ..
Thanks Thunderbird.. I got the Twinview working as two screens spanning all four monitors as two independent screens(:0.0,:0.1). Is there anyway to make it work all four monitors as four independent screens (:0.0,:0.1,:0.2 and :0.3) without using Twinview? Pls. advice.

Four independant X screens should be possible .... but not sure if you get things like Opengl/Xv on all screens. Look at appendix R (if not the right one it is at the end) of the nvidia Readme file. It contains an alternative twinview way. Setting it up is more complicated and even more with 4 in fact than 4 cards ... (note that this new twinview way consumes more video memory than using normal twinview).
Good luck.
Hello,
First, I thank you all in the forum for their invaluable help.
I tried to include "Options Xinerama" in my 'XF86Config' file for my NVIDIA Quadro4 400 NVS PCI Graphics card, which is running two 'TwinViews' on four monitors. I can able to login to X and move the same 'Xterminal' on all four monitors. But when I logout, X hangs. Can anyone help me out??
