Mozilla 1.4 RC3 out!

It hasn't been too long since the release of 1.4 RC2. But we have a new release of Mozilla out. I hope this one is about as close to final as they get because this build seems much faster than RC2.

Meh. I'll stick with Firebird 0.6... c'mon, hurry up with 1.4 so 0.7 can be released...
