I prefer regular paste over gel, but my vote goes to COLGATE.

They are all the same to me but what I really enjoy is rinsing my mouth out with Listerine after a good brushing.

Whatever I can get a discount on with my preferred shopper card.

Though once in a while I'll need something good for senitive teeth because I have a tendency to brush too hard. But I do that far less now that I exclusively use an electric toothbrush. I just use the $6 one you can buy at Wal-Mart - gets the job done better than a standard toothbrush I can tell you that. :)

And I'm with UDawg with the Listerine. I don't use it everyday, but every now and again I need to give the 'ol mouth a solid kick.

My preference goes with this product of Taiwan Salt Industrial Corporation.
It contains natural sea salt.
The refreshing flavor is so good. :D

For those of you, mouthwash's lovers, I've heard that scientists/doctors say that these liquids will kill some necessary bacteria we have inside our mouths for preventing bad breath.
