I install my thermaltake 850I water cooling kit and its been about 3 days but I feel that the temps are too HI!!. like i said the kit is a Thermaltake 850I and my CPU is intel Q6600 2.4(stock) Overclocked to 2.8!!! now i used different monitoring software.

Here is the water cooling kit i have
http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?C=1160&ID=1776

ok lets start

C= core
c= celsius
CPUID reads
C0-42c
C1-42c
C2-38c
C3-37c

SpeedFan
C0-42
C1-36
C2-42
C3-38

and this my friends is at idle at just 2.8ghz the only thing i can think of is that maybe i put on too much thermal paste....ohhhh and the thermal pastes is IC diamond any suggestions or comments would be appreciated

Thanx in advance !!!

Sadly that's probably about the best you'll get with a TT kit. I made the mistake of buying one when I first got started. I had that same pump you have, and it died on me twice.

That kit should keep you cooler at load that cheap air, and maybe on par with good air coolers.

Don't expect miracles from it. ;)

The rad kit is so you can mount your radiator on thr back of your computer case on the outside of the case. put the rad kit on the back fan area with the screws it comes with , then mount your radiator on it, that way it gets more air, but you will have to route your hoses through one of the pci slots on the back of the computer to your cpu and pump. It would be better if you got at least a dual 120mm radiator with two fans on it.
