S'pose I'll download it then. I have to say Win2K was loads better (faster, more stable) before SP3 was installed.
Running SP4 now. Not noticed anything different. Explorer still randomly reboots every now and again...
OS's seem to get worse, the more they patch them.

installed it here on my laptop at wrk, seems to have added a tad bit of speed to my old paper weight. No probs here at the moment. Still takes an eternity for this thing to shutdown though.

Well, at least it does shut down...
Try running Windows 98 on a novell network. My God, fully 1/3 of our machines had problems shutting down. And the stupid MS fix for the problem causes blank buttons to appear in your taskbar when the screen saver comes up. Ridiculous...

Heard of any big problems with this? Or should I stick with the old "If it ain't broke don't fix it":D

I left XP and went back to 2K. I don't know if it's just that it's a fresh installation, but no problems with SP4 at all. Everything's still faster than with XP.
