LOL, they never tell you his name and never show you his face. It's for his security ;)

Only navy seals like to show off. :D

SEALs are different than the SAS. SAS engage in espionage, SEALs don't. The SEALs elite team that is the same and as good as the SAS is DevGru. They will not allow them selves to be shown. DevGru is also like Delta Force.

Very true... I don't know if you know, but there was a picture that made it to the papers involving special forces from Poland (GROM) and it caused some controversy. The picture was of GROM and Seals together. The controversy was that some people believed that some members of the GROM team were pictured without their masks on which would compromise their safety. As it turned out, they were not part of GROM and the only people unmasked were Seals. I guess GROM can be compared to Delt Force.
But the reason they wear their masks and never reveal their real names or faces is because of the importance of their top secret missions. Notice that you won't find much info on what they actually did and no info on their past missions anywhere. :)

I see he is using a HK if I am not mistaken. SEALs love those for CQ, a great marine environment gun. GROM was with the SEALs on those missions because of their boat units. Still SEALs are tops in the world in Marine environments. ;) I'm a little bias can ya tell. :D

Those pics rock. Thanks. I love Spec Ops groups.

GROM trained with the SEALs, did you know that? They're among the best :D

The training is killer!

As good as the SBS are they still are not SEALs. They tore through Vietnam. Their kill to death ratio ws around 200-1. They had wanted poster all over Vietnam for the death of any Green Ghost. Charley was deathly affraid of them. The SEALs have a saying "we won our Vietnam" and they did.

The SBS don't really get much action since our troops rarely have to do any marine work. Take a peek at what they did during the falklands, they wiped the floor with the argentines:D

Hmm actually how can it be any other special forces? There are two SAS, british and austrialian. And it quite clearly says that the aussie forces were not even there then:p

Presented at a ceremony in Perth to coincide with the arrival of Australia's special forces contingent to Iraq, it was the first citation for the 2000 Australian personnel involved in the war against Iraq.

I'm not sure bro it seems he is a Aussie SAS. Not that it makes a difference to me.

BTW it is a .au url. ;)

Yeah, and this might be a clue too...

Rallies to welcome home the troops are planned for Sydney and Perth later this month.
