yes .according to many PC-magazines. :)
From the creators of Medal Of Honor:AA developers, here is their new WWII game , CALL of DUty.

is not a mission pack for MOHAA ,like the SPearhead and in the incoming MOH:Breakthrough , which are developed by others . is developed by 22 ex-developers from MOH:AA ,but they also use and enhanced QUake3 engine .

dont miss the trailer.. here..
major features of the games is every-thing that was good in MOHAA ,but with more features and gameplay, you can driver vehicles and tanks (ala battlefield1942), you can play as British, american,RUssian or German , and the games focus is massive ground battles , great SOund effects and enhanced graphics effects.. words dont do justice.. just see the trailer..

and a interview with their developers and more screenshots here..

http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/callofduty/preview_6030683.html

there will be a console version and a PC version.. the PC version is scheduled for fall 2003. :)

yup... 2015 was kicked off the MOH series by EA per the grapevine...

some of their troops started off a vietnam era shooter... and some others splintered off from 2015 and are developing the wwII shooter you mentioned :)

I got the new pc gamer maximum gamer or whatever it is (so many mags... can't keep names straight) and they have some screenies...

basically they all seem to share some lineage in terms of character modeling :)

but all look darned good...

MOHaa was so much fun to play...these are really great news.

can't wait for Call of duty.....

would be great if multiplayer would be something like Enemy Teritory....that would rock:)

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to both Call of Duty and Men of Valor. What EA has done to MoH is nothing short of disgraceful, and I won't be buying any more EA games now.

and why would EA do that? 2015 game MOHAA was a top seller ,still today in the top 20 pc games ,sells list . perhaps 2015 was asking more money ?
its very strange all this.. the incoming mission pack (breakthrough) is developed by a new team , and a full new game of WW2 is made by most ex-2015 developers. what was done is MOH:AA and the mission pack spearhead is nothing short of stunning ,capturing the WAR "feel" in the game. all the games/mission packs using the same MOHAA modifications to the quake3 engine.

per the grapevine EA wanted to develop the game themselves...

I am not making this up... a few publications have run with this... :) so I posted... I don't assume this to be top secret...

personally I enjoyed the MOH AA and Spearhead games immensly... even though I think EA royally ripped people off for a couple hour long single player Spearhead... :(

short though it was... it was a heck of a lot of FUN :D

Personally I didn't like the single player MOH:AA. But the multiplayer is a blast and a half. My friends and I had so much fun with the demo. I remember us playing that for hours on end.

I wasn't overwhelmed with the trailer. I mean, come on, the Q3A engine is getting a little dated. However, I'm a history buff and graphics alone don't make a game. I'm sure I'll enjoy it.
