I was just listenin' to Aaron Tippin's "Big Boy Toys" song, and figured we'd better have a thread dedicated to toys. Not them dirty toys, you perverts! BIG BOY TOYS! Post yer' guns. Post your hot rods. Post yer trucks, dirt bikes, four wheelers, three wheelers, fishin gear- you name it!
I'll start- with my truck. Well, it ain't mine yet. BUT- I'm fixin' to buy her from a friend of mine. Don't have a picture of her, so I google image searched and this is the closest match I can find.

Just remove the:
1.) Visor on the top of the windshield
2.) Step and lights running along the bottom on the sides- replace with just a bar running along the side with no lights.
3.)The bull-bar above the license plate on the bumper and the two fog lights (covered) just above it.
And that's exactly what my truck looks like. Fixin' to buy her end of this year, or the first part of next year, from a good buddy of mine.
I've not decided yet as it'd add a fair bit of money into the equation that I'd owe him, but I'm fixin' to purchase his slant load 4-horse trailer. Exact same color as the truck (see pic above), but looks very much like the one pictured below except the front near the tonge is in the shape of a wedge where as the one in the picture below is rounded. Can't find one that looks exactly like it unfortunately so my description will have to do. :p :lol:

Well, I got a 42.6 hemi here, 3/4 cams, nitro boosters, I can get 'er up to as good as 155. Never do, though, of course, unless I'm chasing a cute chick in a Ferrari.

I'm actually going to stick a winch on my jeep before long. I'll take some better photos tomorrow. I've got some aggressive Pro-Comp X-Terrain tires on it, dual 12" subwoofers and a 1200 watt amp in the back as well. Oh yes, I love my jeep.

Am planning to buy a small trailer next summer and do some camping, so the 5000 lb towing with the tow package is FTW. Plus it's 4WD for this winter.(snowcool)

Afraid not, that picture is from a volunteer day through work at a local horse rescue farm. I picked up the Jeep and drove straight out there to help cut trails and build fences, which seemed appropriate to me.:) I might try to get out there and do some riding though - the coordinator said they're always looking for people to exercise the horses.
Sadly, I am an affirmed city-slicker these days so probably no backpacking...maybe after a couple of years of trailer (aka mobile hotel room) camping. We used to tent camp, but over the years we've gotten soft so now even our annual trip to the Bighorns finds us in a condo with electricity and running water.:rolleyes:

Hey partner, don't sweat it. That happens as you get older. I've already accepted that once I reach my prime (like my word usage there? :lol: ) I'm gonna' camp just like that.
My Dad is an Eagle Scout, and in his younger years lead many a scout troops. He practically lived out doors, was the origina Grizzly Adams if you know what I mean. Yet now, due to having an old and beaten body from the years of hard labor, camping in a tent means you bring an extra large air mattress. Him and mom are even discussing getting a 5th wheel in the coming years. I know he doesn't *want* to... he wants to throw that 75lb pack on his back and get to hikin'... but the body just wont do it no more. :(
So I hear ya'. Do what you can do. :)
Nice rig though. I was thinkin' on gettin' me a jeep, but that F-250 of my buddy's, just can't turn it down. :lol:
Heh, but I'm only 25, not nearly old enough to be using that as an excuse.:D
I did look at getting something like an F150, really like the space in full-size trucks (I'm 6'5"), but in the end I thought this made more sense for what I'll be using it for and these redesigned Liberties have a ton of space inside too. I'm still trying to get used to driving it because it's completely different from my old Sunfire.:lol:

:rofl If'n that's a toy car, I wouldn't be surprised. If it weren't for something I saw not long ago, I might think think it's a toy. I recently saw one of those "smart cars"...not sure of who makes 'em, but some guy with a nice 4X4 had one LITERALLY in the bed of his truck on the highway that runs near my house. It had to be a present for his wife or daughter (or gay son), because it had a big red bow wrapped around it and tied on the top. I ain't ****ting you man, it was so funny that I had to pull off the road and take a leak before I pissed myself laughing.
