Anyone notice a bug where your LCD is not allowed to run at 60Hz under Win 7 but rather the OS only allows 59Hz instead?

Yes this has been an issue for a while. It may be fixed when Win 7 officially launches.

It's normal guys. Ask nekro said, Vista and 7 doesn't round up. Doesn't need to be fixed or forced.

The fact the Win7 reported it at 59Hz @ 1920x1200 seemed to prevent Crysis from allowing me to choose that resolution.

Annoying at the time but sorted now...

OT - Crysis is slowing becomming more and more playable at Very High Settings as my rig has evolved since the game was released back in 2007 LOL Maybe Fermi will actually let me enjoy it as it was inteded without have to use Quadfire, Tri-Sli or some insanely expensive convoluted setup :p

You think the bugs are bad in Win 7 for LCD. You should try CRT :thumbdwn: Fistful of fail, lol.

There is an easy fix i know works with nvidia cards at least

-open nv cp / Change Resolution
-select the desired display then Add Resolutions...
-Create Custom Resolution
-Change refresh rate to 60Hz
-Click on timing and select manual
-change refresh rate to 60.001Hz
-Apply
