I got a 1TB WD10EAVS from fry's electronics yesterday for $64 after tax. 3 year warranty and 7200 RPM (though I only use it to store episode downloads so speed isn't a huge thing.) Not sure if they are still having that particular deal.

I dont have a Frys in Florida, (that im aware of)

Thats a sweet deal too.

I actualy kinda like 5400 RPM drives because they run cooler. I have a server rig that holds about 16 drives (4 all 1TB at the moment soon 5 drives.) so im trying to keep heat down.

Mine are all for anime storage. When the F2 1TB came out you could buy them for $65 but newegg marked them up quick cause they kept selling out.

Surprisingly this one runs very cool and I can't even hear the platters spinning when its idle. Says something about being a green drive, whatever that means.
