Windows 7 firewall to me is needlessly complicated and to a degree worthless as its a chore to block out outgoing connections which should be the basics for a good firewall. This Vista/Win 7 app is great as it blocks outgoing connections with no fuss. Those who remember the simplicity and ease of Sygate personal firewall will love this.

They have a free version and its 64-Bit compatible..

Totally agree, which is why I've been looking for free FW software, but this looks even better. I'm gonna give it a go, cheers for posting :).

Pity the website loosk like a million other scammy crappy websites. If i would have come across that website normally i would have given it a wide birth.

I use the free Comodo. The best rated and recommended firewall on most internet security sites.
For example rated here (http://www.matousec.com/projects/proactive-security-challenge/results.php) with 100% Excellent score.

On the same site "List of products (http://www.matousec.com/projects/proactive-security-challenge/product-list.php)", the Sphinx is listed under Dead products.
With the note:
The following products are not under active development anymore or they have not been updated for at least one year.
