View Full Version : Hanns-G LCD flickering???

I run a Hanns-G HG281D 28" LCD, had it a little over a year and have no complaints....well, not until a few months ago when this "flicking" started :(
Here's the problem, after the monitor has been off(powered down or in sleep) for a period of time and is powered back on it flicks on and off(black screen) for about 1 minute, while it is doing this I hear an audible "click"(from the monitor). Once this stops it functions normally until it is powered off/on again.
The monitor is connected via the factory cable DVI out to HDMI in. This has been happening, now with both a GTX260 and 285(current card) and several sets of drivers. It started when I was running Vista and continues using Windows7(both 64bit), I tried switching the DVI heads, turning the HDMI sound on\off, using 59 vs. 60 refresh rates and manually turning it on\off none of this made any difference.
Any idea's, thanks?
