Good questions, which are ones I thought about as well. I figured that maybe it's two eyes can still triangulate on objects even without the dog having a conscious understanding of third dimensional space, where it's 3D body and brain operate in the 3D world while its consciousness does not, but I don't really know. I do know dogs are unable to grasp the concept of a mirror, which might give the idea some merit.

Well such a theory can be appied to any animal that can work in a 3 dimensional environment yet does not understand the principals of what being 3 dimensional means.

Yea that's just crazy. Take out the wine and it's still pricey, but not nearly as outrageous.
You know what's really crazy though, think about the gratuity. Someone just brought out those bottles of wine for a $7K tip.
