I think the README listing of supported cards needs to be updated. In the post announcing the release of 190.42 it lists new Geforce GPU's that are supported, but this is not reflected in the README list of supported GPU's. So I suspect there are a number of other support GPU's not listed in the README as well as those mentioned in the 190.42 post.

Found the list of supported GPU's on the download page, though the README is not up to date.
The Solaris driver only supports Quadro GPUs, so they are the only ones listed in the Solaris README.

Then please explain me how cards like my 9600 GT or 100M series are work fine?

The GeForce products supported by Linux/FreeBSD graphics drivers with matching version numbers will most likely also work with the Solaris graphics drivers (device IDs may need to be added manually), but they're not supported. The NVIDIA Solaris graphics driver officially supports only professional products, as Aaron said.
