At last AMD and Intel finally reached settlement to end antitrust lawsuits. Intel will pay $1.25bn fine to AMD and they will drop worldwide antitrust complaints against Intel. :) No more antitrust complaints for the next 5 years.

Intel is bowed to AMD and it now Intel turn to bowed down to Nvidia allow them to make future Intel chipsets.

Well we have to wait and see, Intel money could reduce AMD debt level and still in red.

AMD's long-term debt is about 5x larger than sum Intel will pay as a fine:

This is good news to see that they've finally resolved the issue. The money will help AMD, but yes, their debt is over 5bn.

I still say it shoulda been more like 5bn....not the paltry 1.25....no wonder intel took the deal..
