Just an FYI, you can get both Overlord games plus the DLC for Overlord on Steam this weekend in one pack for $8.

Overlord is a very underrated series and I suggest it to everone who likes action/adventure games. There are demos of both available.

Wow what a great deal. Hmm, might buy it along with Crysis Maximum Edition which is $29.98.

That's kinda expensive for Crysis.

Actually Crysis: Maximum Edition contains Crysis, Crysis Warhead and Crysis Wars. Not just Crysis.

Damn I hate those weekend deals... I just got all Overlord games, Crysis (and I have the retail version) and also bought Lego Star Wars Complete Saga.

As I said. Kinda expensive for Crysis and Warhead. I don't count Wars as it's well past it's end of life as a multiplayer game.

Is it an MP type game where you have to pay subscription? Or some kind of RPG along the lines of Oblivion/Witcher?

Neither really. Its more of a action/adventure closer to Fable that anything you mentioned. You are basically a swordsman and you control little demons to help you on the way. Definitely worth the $9
