I noticed that on Win 7/desktop/64 bit, the NVIDIA scaling does not retain my "Do not scale" setting.
SLI and Physics indicators does not show in COD:MW2

Anyone test WoW and Fallout 3?

These drivers now contain an SLI profile for deusex.exe... for some reason.

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem or not, but I seem to have it with this version and with the 195.39 drivers. Basically the problem is that all of my drop down menus in Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit seem to look highlighted. For instance if I click on File in internet explorer and run my mouse over any of the selections they remain highlighted. This is the same for any menu type selection even when browsing the computer directories. For instance if I click on organize under a windows folder it too will highlight everything and stay highlighted. Disabling SLI corrects this problem. The 161.66 drivers and earlier do not exhibit this behavior. Any ideas?

Thanks,

You don't sound surprised.
Resume from standby and the Backlight not coming back on still exists for me too,so back to 187.66 :(

Yeah, was thinking about going back to the 187.66 myself, but Mirror's Edge was broken with them.

I swear, getting a decent set of drivers without something else being broken is like pulling teeth.

GTA IV crashes when I try to load the game with these drivers. Back to 195.39 for me...

Hmm I'm having a problem with any driver past 191.07 where 1080p MKVs at 24hz output playing in WMP12 start to stutter every now and then (ReClock is running and syncing to 24hz).

Just tried 195.55 and it stutters.

Roll back to 191.07 and it's perfectly smooth again. Does this happen to anyone else?

So will this fix the problem in Saint's Row II? Hahaha! Just kidding, that is on the friggin developers. Those POS's!

On a serious note, I thought a profile for Borderlands was already in the previous drivers. Is that not the case.

Also on Borderlands, their patch mentioned new Nvidia drivers that would render shadows correctly? I don't think they mentioned the 195.55 did they? Thought it was something else.

Why have nVidia drivers been crappy lately? Throw in the rumors of nVidia failing and the lack of DX11 right now and I am almost tempted to go ATI when I upgrade in January.

ATi has way more solid drivers than NVIDIA does, next time I go ATi again. I'm tired of waiting for NVIDIA to fix their stupid drivers.

I bought STALKER SoC recently on Steam for 5 bucks. The two drivers I used before getting to these worked perfectly fine with that game.. now it crawls horribly unless I'm looking directly at the ground.

Tested a few other games and everything seems fine.. just STALKER is now running at about 10 fps. I am using the STALKER Complete mod, but again it was running fine till now.

Actually there is one other interesting bug, if you have 3-D vision enabled (even if you're not actually using it) the vegetation flickers like mad with the sun shadows turned on. Happens with all the drivers I've used.

edit-
Went back 191.66 and STALKER's running smooth as silk again.

Man, I'm still on 186.18 because they are the only ones that aren't crap. Even Dragon Age works well with these, as does MW2.

give the drivers a second try, seems to be shader cache issue.

first time i started the game it did crash, after that it runs perfectly fine. and in video options change something and just click apply.

The 64bit ones didn't have a digital signature for windows vista 64bit. It's not important but I thought all WHQL drivers had digital signatures.

all drivers have signature, not all drivers have WHQL certification

After a restart, with SLI enabled, all full screen games go into strobe light mode with flashing between the game and a black screen. I have to disable SLI and re-enable it to make it go away, only to have the issue come back after the next restart. It also never happens when I have Stereoscopic 3D enabled, only when I disable 3D.

first time I am hearing that...look in DH and Rage, and people scream about the Cats all the time...only reason why I havent bothered looking at the ATI's 5xxx series is the bad drivers...
