Avatar problem

I am at teh crossroads..
I was making a simpel avatar form one of my pics and that is teh outcome I was expecting:

However in the process I came out [accidentally] with a mutated version:

Hence teh poll....

it's a little blurry and .... I donno....:confused:

I think first one is clear and much better ;)
