Zeno Clash is only $5.10 on Steam. I was wondering if this game is any good and worth buying.

I'll post something I already did at another forum for someone who was also interested in the game. It's a good game, set in a bizzaro surreal world, has a nice but sometimes frustrating fight mechanic and weird but cool weapons. The art style is great, its unique and refreshing, the enemies and creatures in the game are very strange and out of this world. It is unlikely for you to have played a game similar to this before. The story and voice acting aren't something to write home about though, that's a small negative as far as I am concerned since it is a budget game. Basically the game is a first person brawler, it sets you up in various arenas where you have to fight different enemies, you have to kill them or beat them senseless to proceed, you can get into hand to hand combat or sometimes use weapons where available and if you want to, though in same cases they are a must. The fights do get intense when you are up against multiple opponents. I liked the game, definitely worth the $5 deal. Here are a few screenshots -

I highly enjoyed it, for the experience and design if nothing else, and more important I think it is worth supporting the devs to give them $5 to try it out.

Worth it, buy it, enjoy it.

Definitely worth it.
Its a very unique game.
The only thing I can really compare it to gameplay-wise is the Chronicles of Riddick, due to the hand to hand combat, but even that is a bit of a stretch. Its really just a different kind of game all together.

Yea + Its quite much frustrating at combat sometimes
I'm in the minority here. I couldn't get over how weird (bad way) the world and characters were. I beat the first level and was done with it.
You can definitely tell it uses the HL engine, which isn't in itself a bad thing but it just really ceased to impress me overall.

The weird world is what made it a win for me. I love stuff like that, and I thought it was totally original.
