View Full Version : Is the GTX 295 basically one card with dual GTX 285 GPUs?
I'm pretty much a noob and can't really tell by the specs.

I think it's more like 2x260's IIRC. Maybe even 2x280's, but certainly not 2x285's.

It's like 2 260's with 240sp's each I think.
So does this make the GTX 285 the most powerful GPU that NVIDIA currently makes since the GTX 295 is basically two lesser GPUs on one board?

295 has the 240 streams just like the 275/285 but the memory configuration of 275/260, and the clocks of a 260
its got everything :headexplode:

Most accurate post....
It sports the exact same gpu as the GTX 275, with 2x GTX 275 memory configuration
It has clock speeds of a GTX 260 though
Probably your closest comparison would be 2 GTX 275's in SLI
