Is the GTX 295 basically one card with dual GTX 285 GPUs?

I think it's more like 2x260's IIRC. Maybe even 2x280's, but certainly not 2x285's.

It has clock speeds of a GTX 260 though

Probably your closest comparison would be 2 GTX 275's in SLI
